Delivery Service


We provide delivery service to all regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Unfortunately, there are some areas where we can't deliver directly, home delivery is not available. These areas are outside the scope of delivery



Delivery Charge :

Shipping fees Delivery is 25 riyals in case you choose to pay (ONLIIN) for each invoice that is registered within the invoice.

In the event that you choose to pay (cash on delivery), then you will be arranged to pay an amount of 25 riyals in addition to the shipping fees, given that providing the cash on delivery service to our customers entails an additional cost by the shipping company.



Resend request again:

 In the event that the customer did not respond to the representatives of the carrier company to receive his request and it was returned to the company and then requested to resend, the request is paid by either a bank transfer or a visa, and the payment feature on receipt is canceled from him and he bears the shipping fees again.



How long does it take for my order to reach me?

The process of verifying payment, shipping and delivery takes 3-5 working days for major cities and 5-9 working days for other cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


How can I track the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, we send the shipment details to your mobile phone. This message contains the waybill number, which consists of a string of several numbers. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online via SMSA or Aramex - by visiting the site and entering the shipment policy number in the field designated for it.


I no longer want to receive the order, what do I do?

You can cancel the order at any time before it has been shipped from our warehouse, but once you receive a notification that your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. After cancellation, the amount will be credited to your Marcel balance. To perform the cancellation process, please follow these steps:

Contact us through the customer service team via WhatsApp registered on the site: 0534563003 or by sending a message on the Contact Us page and mentioning the order number, customer name, mobile number and reasons for cancellation. The request will be reviewed and canceled.
