Replacement and return policy

Return or exchange of the item is permitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive the cash back when it is more than 15 days late for orders inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and 30 days for orders outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The customer has the right to amend the order within 24 hours

 If you are not completely satisfied with the commodity that you have purchased, you can make it and incur the customer the cost of shipping charges on the value of the product only after deducting the amount of the dispatch shipment provided that:

 (1) The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with its packaging.

(2) Attach a copy of the invoice with the product.

(3) before the specified retrieval period ends.

1 - Sending a message from the (Contact Us) page shown on the site within a period of 7 days from the date you receive the commodity you want, explaining the order number, its amount, and the reason for return or replacement.

2- Ensure that the item remains in its original packaging and in the same condition that you sent it in without use or that it is worn by you

In his case that the commodity that you want is not damaged and matches the description provided by the seller on the site, you will get all the money that you paid heavily for the authority only without the cost of shipping or service upon receipt previously executed and deducting the value of the returned shipment from the total amount of the request.
