For returns, please contact the support team via WhatsApp at 00966534563003 and provide us with the order number and specify the products to be returned. The return and exchange method is at the bottom of the page.
• Return policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided by the store within the following two days from the date of receipt of the product, and that product cannot be returned after the two days have passed.
2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and properly packaged, and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process (20 riyals), which will be deducted from the value of the returned product, and the product must be handed over to the shipping company.
Note: {Shipping fees and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable}.
4- For international returns, the consumer bears the full shipping costs (estimated based on the weight of the shipment and the customer's area) and delivers the product to the shipping company.
5- The refunded amount will be credited to your bank account after the shipment arrives and the condition of the product is verified.
The process may take from 7 to 30 working days until the refund is processed.
6- Each customer has the right to return only once per order.
• Exchange policy:

The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if they want to exchange the product, and for international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivers the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

Did I receive the same products I ordered?
If you receive a product that does not match your order, a return label will be sent, and the shipment will be returned, and the amount will be refunded after the shipment arrives.
• The consumer is not allowed to exchange or return the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they set, except for products with defects or that violated the specifications set by the consumer.
2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
3- If the order has been previously exchanged.
4- When the customer requests gift wrapping, they are not entitled to a refund of the wrapping cost.
Returns are allowed through branches during Ramadan.
Returns are not allowed at branches.
If products are handed over to the shipping company after the specified period (products will be returned to the customer), the customer bears the shipping costs again (20 riyals).
We are not responsible for any products delivered after the specified period.
